Sylvie Deroche

I am a relationship and psychosexual psychotherapist trained at Tavistock Relationships in London. I work with adult individuals and couples experiencing difficulties in their relationships, intimacy, or sexual lives. I offer a confidential and supportive space to explore challenges such as communication difficulties, conflict, loss of intimacy, sexual concerns, infidelity, life transitions, and recurring relationship patterns. I work online with individuals and couples from all cultural backgrounds and welcome heterosexual, gay, lesbian and LGBTQ+ clients. Some couples seek support to strengthen their relationship and rebuild connection, while others are navigating separation. I also work with individuals who wish to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the difficulties they are facing. Sessions are available online in both English and French.
