Therapy for overgivers and people-pleasers ready to stop self-abandoning, navigate relationship stress, and build steady self-worth.
Therapy for overgivers and people-pleasers. You learned that being dependable, agreeable, and putting others first was the safest way to move through life. Saying "no" feels selfish, asking for help is uncomfortable, and taking care of yourself fills you with guilt. You may find yourself overthinking, feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, stressed, or burned out. Therapy helps you reconnect with yourself, identify and communicate your needs with confidence, set healthier boundaries, and create relationships where care flows both ways. I am a master's student and RP (Q) practicing under supervision.
I especially support South Asian and BIPOC adults navigating anxiety, burnout, toxic relationships, difficult family and in-law dynamics, workplace stress, and cultural expectations. You can learn to say no without guilt, stop walking on eggshells, ask for what you need, speak up for yourself, and build relationships based on respect instead of obligation
My role isn't to change who you are. Therapy isn't about becoming a different person. It's about creating space for your needs, your voice, and the life you want to build, not just the expectations you've been carrying. You deserve the same care you so freely give to others. When you're ready, I invite you to email me for a free 30-minute consultation.
