I offer a warm, thoughtful space to feel heard, understand yourself more deeply, and find a way forward that feels like your own.

I believe therapy begins with having a place where you can speak freely and feel genuinely heard - not judged, rushed, or told who you should be. My approach is warm, curious, and deeply collaborative. Rather than treating you as a collection of symptoms to be fixed, I’m interested in understanding you as a whole person: your history, relationships, emotions, patterns, conflicts, hopes, and the ways you’ve learned to make your way through life. Sometimes we may focus on what is happening in your life right now. At other times, we may become curious about patterns that keep repeating, feelings that are difficult to put into words, or parts of yourself that seem to pull you in different directions. I draw from psychodynamic and person-centred therapy, while also incorporating approaches such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy when they are useful to the person in front of me. I don’t believe there is one correct way to live or one version of yourself that therapy is supposed to produce. My role is to listen closely, think alongside you, and help create the conditions in which you can understand yourself with greater honesty and compassion - and discover possibilities that may have been difficult to see before. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, self-criticism, major life changes, or simply a sense that something in your life isn’t working, you don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what the problem is. We can begin with whatever feels most important to you and work from there. I have 7 years of comprehensive experience in providing psychotherapy to a broad range of clients.
